The final draft agenda for the July II 2019 (PE 640.119/PDOJ) sittings had been distributed and the following changes had been proposed (Rule 158):

Monday

No changes.

Tuesday

Request by the GUE/NGL Group not to wind up the debate on the statement by the Vice-President of the Commission / High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on the Situation in Venezuela (item 26 on the final draft agenda) with the tabling of motions for resolutions.

The following spoke: Idoia Villanueva Ruiz, on behalf of the GUE/NGL Group, to move the request, and Michael Gahler, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by roll-call vote (83 for, 142 against, 72 abstentions).

Wednesday

Request by the GUE/NGL Group to include, as the third item on the agenda in the afternoon and after the statements by the Council and the Commission on a Clean air zone in EU cities (item 32 on the final draft agenda), statements by the Council and the Commission on EU-Mercosur relations.

The following spoke: Idoia Villanueva Ruiz, on behalf of the GUE/NGL Group, to move the request, and Christophe Hansen, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request.
