8. Oznámenie predsedníctva

Predseda oznámil, že výbory AFET a BUDG v nadväznosti na konzultáciu podľa článku 234 nariadenia o rozpočtových pravidlách postúpili svoje spoločné stanovisko k predĺženiu mandátu Regionálneho trustového fondu zriadeného v reakcii na krízu v Sýrii, ktorý bol vytvorený rozhodnutím Komisie z 15. decembra 2014 a ktorého platnosť vypršala 14. decembra 2019:

– Joint position of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Budgets as the competent committees consulted in line with Article 234 of the Financial Regulation (2018/1046) on the extension of the European Union Regional Trust Fund in Response of the Syrian Crisis (Madad Trust Fund), established by the Constitutive Agreement on 15 December 2014 between the European Union (represented by the Commission) and Italy and set to expire on 14 December 2019 (tento dokument je k dispozícii len v angličtine).

Ak politická skupina alebo poslanci, ktorí dosiahnu aspoň nízku prahovú hodnotu, nevznesú žiadne námietky do 24 hodín po jeho oznámení, toto spoločné stanovisko sa oficiálne postúpi Európskej komisii.
