5. Comunicazione della Presidenza

Il Presidente comunica che la posizione comune delle commissioni AFET e BUDG sulla proroga del fondo fiduciario regionale dell'UE in risposta alla crisi siriana, annunciata in Aula mercoledì 9 ottobre 2019 (punto 8 del PV del 9.10.2019) non è stata oggetto di contestazione entro il termine di 24 ore.

Tale posizione comune è quindi stata ufficialmente trasmessa alla Commissione.

7. Seguito dato alle questioni pendenti (articolo 240 del regolamento)

A norma dell'articolo 240, paragrafo 2, del regolamento, la Conferenza dei presidenti ha statuito, in data 16 ottobre 2019, sulle richieste concernenti la ripresa o il proseguimento delle procedure di cui all'allegato 1 (allegato 1 del PV del 21.10.2019).

8. Nomina del procuratore capo europeo

Il Presidente comunica che la Conferenza dei presidenti, nella sua riunione del 16 ottobre 2019, e in seguito alle deliberazioni delle commissioni LIBE e CONT, ha approvato, di comune accordo da parte del Parlamento e del Consiglio, la nomina di Laura Codruţa Kövesi a procuratore capo europeo.

Il Presidente precisa che è stato incaricato di firmare la decisione congiunta del Parlamento e del Consiglio relativa alla nomina di Laura Codruţa Kövesi.

9. Rettifiche (articolo 241 del regolamento)

Le commissioni competenti hanno trasmesso le seguenti rettifiche riguardanti testi approvati dal Parlamento europeo:

Conformemente all'articolo 241, paragrafo 4, del regolamento, le rettifiche sono considerate approvate a meno che, entro ventiquattro ore dall'annuncio, un gruppo politico o un numero di deputati pari almeno alla soglia bassa non chiedano che siano messe ai voti.

10. Firma di atti adottati secondo la procedura legislativa ordinaria (articolo 79 del regolamento)

Il Presidente comunica che, congiuntamente con il Presidente del Consiglio, procederà mercoledì 23 ottobre 2019 alla firma di quattro atti, che sono stati adottati conformemente alla procedura legislativa ordinaria.

Il Presidente comunica inoltre che, congiuntamente con il Presidente del Consiglio, procederà giovedì 24 ottobre 2019 alla firma di tre atti, che sono stati adottati conformemente alla procedura legislativa ordinaria.

11. Comunicazione della Presidenza

Il Presidente comunica che, a seguito della ripresa dei negoziati tra l'UE e il governo del Regno Unito e dell'approvazione da parte del Consiglio europeo, la settimana scorsa, della versione modificata dell'accordo di recesso, nella giornata di ieri il Consiglio ha modificato il progetto di decisione sulla conclusione dell'accordo e lo ha trasmesso al Parlamento europeo nel primo pomeriggio di oggi unitamente al testo aggiornato dell'accordo.

Il Presidente comunica che la Conferenza dei presidenti si riunirà oggi alle 18.00 per discutere sulle prossime fasi procedurali, compresa la trasmissione alle commissioni parlamentari competenti.
