The President announced the following:

No objection had been raised to the ECON Committee's recommendation not to object to the draft implementing measure announced in plenary the previous day (Minutes of 16.12.2019, Item 8)

No objection had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6),

Pursuant to Rule 111(6), that recommendation was deemed to be approved and would be published in the texts adopted.
