10. Signature of acts adopted

The President signed amending budgets 1 and 2, that had been definitively adopted pursuant to Rule 96 (P9_TA(2020)0045 and P9_TA(2020)0046).

The President announced that he would sign, together with the President of the Council, the following documents:

—   Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on the mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument to finance immediate budgetary measures in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak and to reinforce the European Public Prosecutor's Office (COM(2020)0140 – C9-0092/2020 – 2020/2053(BUD))

—   Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on the mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument to finance immediate budgetary measures in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak (COM(2020)0171 – C9-0096/2020 – 2020/2056(BUD)

—   Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on the mobilisation of the Contingency Margin in 2020 to provide emergency assistance to Member States and further reinforce the Union Civil Protection Mechanism/rescEU in response to the COVID-19 outbreak (COM(2020)0172 – C9-0097/2020 – 2020/2057(BUD))
