9. Delegated and implementing acts (Rule 111(6) and Rule 112(4)(d) (follow-up)

The President reminded Members that the recommendations of the ECON Committee to raise no objections to the delegated and implementing acts that had been announced in plenary on Monday 14 September 2020 (minutes of 14.9.2020, item 11).

No objections to these recommendations had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6).

Pursuant to Rule 111(6) and Rule 112(4)(d), they were therefore deemed to have been approved and would be published in Texts adopted P9_TA(2020)0214, P9_TA(2020)0215, P9_TA(2020)0216 and P9_TA(2020)0217).
