The following spoke: Jytte Guteland (rapporteur), to ask, under Rule 59(4), for the matter to be referred back to the committee responsible for interinstitutional negotiations, or for reconsideration if the draft legislative act failed to gain a majority of votes: European Climate Law (A9-0162/2020).
