The sitting opened at 8.45.


2. Amendment of the agenda

After consulting with the political groups, the President proposed the following amendment to the agenda:

Following the redistribution of the votes among the different voting sessions, the final votes on the three procedures concerning the common agricultural policy (reports by Peter Jahr A8-0200/2019, Ulrike Müller A8-0199/2019 and Eric Andrieu A8-0198/2019) would be moved to the second voting session.

This meant that the third voting session, scheduled for 18.00 to 19.15, would be cancelled, along with the announcement of the voting results, scheduled for 21.30.

The updated information would be made available on Parliament's internet site under the heading 'Priority information and documents'.

Parliament agreed to the proposal and the agenda was amended accordingly.

The document will be regularly updated in the two weeks following the part-session concerned.

After those two weeks, the list of corrections to votes and voting intentions will be finalised so that it can be translated and published in the Official Journal.


14. Approval of the minutes of the part-session and forwarding of texts adopted

The minutes of the sitting and the minutes of the sittings of 19 October 2020, 20 October 2020, 21 October 2020 and 22 October 2020 would be submitted for approval by Parliament at the start of the next sitting.

With Parliament's agreement, the texts adopted during the part-session would immediately be forwarded to the recipients named therein.

The President, speaking on behalf of the President of Parliament and of all the Members, thanked Parliament's staff and all those who had made the part-session possible and who each day were helping it to operate in what were challenging circumstances. He thanked them for their work and for their commitment.


15. Dates of forthcoming sittings

The next sittings would be held from 11 November 2020 to 13 November 2020.
