3. Council positions at first reading

The President announced that, in accordance with Rule 63(1), the following positions had been received from the Council, together with the reasons which had led to their adoption, and the Commission's position on:

- Position of the Council at first reading with a view to the adoption of a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the quality of water intended for human consumption (recast) – Adopted by the Council on 23 October 2020 (06230/3/2020 - C9-0354/2020 - 2017/0332(COD))
