8. Signing of acts adopted in accordance with the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 79)

The President announced that on Wednesday 25 November 2020, jointly with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) 2016/1139 as regards fishing capacity reduction in the Baltic Sea, and Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 as regards permanent cessation of fishing activities for fleets fishing for Eastern Baltic cod, Western Baltic cod and Western Baltic herring (00041/2020/LEX - C9-0375/2020 - 2019/0246(COD));

- Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Decision No 573/2014/EU on enhanced cooperation between Public Employment Services (PES) (00040/2020/LEX - C9-0374/2020 - 2019/0188(COD));

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC (00049/2020/LEX - C9-0373/2020 - 2018/0089(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters (service of documents) (recast) (00047/2020/LEX - C9-0370/2020 - 2018/0204(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on cooperation between the courts of the Member States in the taking of evidence in civil or commercial matters (taking of evidence) (recast) (00046/2020/LEX - C9-0369/2020 - 2018/0203(COD)).
