13. Council position at first reading

The President announced that, in accordance with Rule 63(1), the following position had been received from the Council, together with the reasons which had led to its adoption, and the Commission's position on:

The three-month period available to Parliament to adopt its position would therefore begin the following day (27 November 2020).
