12. Delegated acts and implementing measures (Rule 111(6) and Rule 112(4)(d))

In accordance with Rule 111(6) and Rule 112(4)(d), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised in respect of:

– the recommendation of the ENVI Committee to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 29 October 2020 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2124 as regards official controls at the border control post where goods leave the Union and certain provisions on transit and transhipment (C(2020)07418 – 2020/2855(DEA)) (B9-0420/2020);

– the recommendation of the ENVI Committee to raise no objections to the draft Commission regulation amending Annex XIV to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the substance group 4-(1,1,3,3-Tetramethylbutyl)phenol, ethoxylated (covering well-defined substances and substances of unknown or variable composition, complex reaction products or biological materials, polymers and homologues) (D070073/02 – 2020/2898(RPS)) (B9-0408/2020);

– the recommendation of the ENVI Committee to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 7 December 2020 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the identification mark to be used for certain products of animal origin in the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland (C(2020)08765 – 2020/2907(DEA)) (B9-0423/2020);

– the recommendation of the ECON Committee to raise no objections to the draft Commission regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1126/2008 adopting certain international accounting standards in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1606/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards International Accounting Standard 39 and International Financial Reporting Standards 4, 7, 9 and 16 (D069602/01 – 2020/2851(RPS)) (B9-0406/2020).

– the recommendation of the IMCO Committee to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 20 November 2020 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 as regards the time-limits for lodging entry summary declarations and pre-departure declarations in case of transport by sea from and to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man (C(2020)08072 – 2020/2890(DEA)) (B9-0417/2020);

– the recommendation of the JURI Committee to raise no objections to the Commission Delegated Regulation of 6 November 2020 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 as regards the 2020 update of the taxonomy laid down in the regulatory technical standards for the single electronic reporting format (C(2020)7523 – 2020/2865(DEA) (B9-0418/2020).

If, within 24 hours of this announcement, no objections had been raised by a political group or Members reaching at least the low threshold, the recommendations would be deemed approved. If objections were raised, they would be put to the vote.
