13. Delegated acts (Rule 111(6))

The President said that the recommendation by the AGRI Committee to raise no objections to the delegated act had been announced in plenary the previous day, Monday 18 January 2021 (minutes of 18.1.2021, item 11).

No objections to this recommendation had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6).

As a result, the recommendation was deemed to have been approved and would be published in the Texts adopted at the sitting of that day (P9_TA(2021)0005).
