11. Delegated acts and implementing measures (Rule 111(6) and Rule 112(4)(d)) (action taken)

The President reminded Members that the recommendations of the ENVI, AGRI and ECON Committees to raise no objections to the delegated acts and implementing measures had been announced in plenary on Monday 8 February 2021 (minutes of 8.2.2021, item 7).

No objections to these recommendations had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6).

As a result, these recommendations were deemed to have been approved and would be published in the Texts adopted of that day's sitting (P9_TA(2021)0033, P9_TA(2021)0034, P9_TA(2021)0035, P9_TA(2021)0036 and P9_TA(2021)0037).
