12. Delegated acts (Rule 111(6)) (action taken)

The President reminded the House that the AGRI Committee’s recommendation not to raise objections to the delegated act had been announced in plenary the previous day, Wednesday 24 March 2021 (minutes of 24.3.2021, item 8).

No objections to this recommendation had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6).

The recommendation was therefore deemed to have been approved and would be published in the Texts adopted of that day’s sitting (P9_TA(2021)0094).
