The President informed the House that no proposals for rejection or amendments had been tabled under Rules 67 and 68 on the following Council positions at first reading (minutes of 26.4.2021, item 9):

- Council position at first reading with a view to the adoption of a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund for Displaced Workers (EGF) and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1309/2013 – adopted by the Council on 19 April 2021 (05532/1/2021 - COM(2021)0196 - C9-0139/2021 – 2018/0202(COD))

The Council positions were thus deemed to have been approved.
