9. Signing of acts adopted in accordance with the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 79)

The President announced that on Thursday 20 May 2021, jointly with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual use items (recast) (00054/2020/LEX - C9-0182/2021 - 2016/0295(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the ‘Fiscalis’ programme for cooperation in the field of taxation and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1286/2013 (00035/2021/LEX - C9-0180/2021 - 2018/0233(COD));
