The President announced that no proposals for rejection or amendments had been tabled under Rules 67 and 68 on the following Council positions at first reading:

- European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 (06980/2/2021 – C9-0195/2021 – 2018/0206(COD));

- Establishing the instrument for financial support for customs control equipment (07234/1/2021 – C9-0196/2021 – 2018/0258(COD)).

The Council positions were therefore deemed approved.

The proposed acts were thus adopted (P9_TA(2021)0272 and P9_TA(2021)0271).
