The President announced that no request had been received on behalf of a number of Members or a political group or groups reaching at least the medium threshold concerning the decisions to enter into interinstitutional negotiations as announced in the minutes of Monday 13 September 2021 (minutes of 13.9.2021, item 8).
The ITRE and ECON committees had therefore been able to initiate the negotiations on expiry of the deadline laid down in Rule 71(2).
