12. Order of business
Verbatim reports

The final draft agenda for the April 2022 plenary sittings (PE 730.247/PDOJ) had been made available to Members pursuant to Rule 157(3).

The President announced that she had received four requests for urgent procedure from the ENVI, REGI and ITRE Committees (Rule 163) concerning the following legislative files:

- Medicinal products made available in the UK with respect to Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Ireland and Malta (COM(2021)0997 - C9-0475/2021 - 2021/0431(COD)) - ENVI Committee;

- Investigational medicinal products made available in the UK with respect to Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Ireland and Malta (COM(2021)0998 - C9-0476/2021 - 2021/0432(COD)) - ENVI Committee;

- Increased pre-financing from REACT-EU (COM(2022)0162 - C9-0127/2022 - 2022/0096(COD)) - REGI Committee;

- Gas storage (COM(2022)0135 - C9-0126/2022 - 2022/0090(COD)) - ITRE Committee.

The votes on these four requests would take place the following day, 5 April 2022 at 14.00.

If the request for urgent procedure on 'Increased pre-financing from REACT-EU' was adopted, a debate on the subject, with a round of speeches by the political groups, would be included as the first item on the agenda for Thursday morning.

With the agreement of the political groups, the President proposed the following change to the final draft agenda:

Wednesday

'Objection pursuant to Rule 112(2) and (3): Genetically modified soybean MON 87769 X MON 89788' (B9-0178/2022) was added directly at voting time.

Parliament agreed to these changes.

The order of business was thus established.

IN THE CHAIR: Nicola BEER
Vice-President
