Jytte Guteland had given notice of her election as a Member of the Swedish National Parliament.

Parliament noted that, pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Act concerning the election of Members of the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage, this office was incompatible with that of Member of the European Parliament and, pursuant to Rule 4(1) and (4), established the vacancy with effect from 26 September 2022.
