The European Parliament,

–  having regard to the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

–  having regard to Rule 128 of its Rules of Procedure,

–  having regard to the proposal of the Committee on Legal Affairs (B9‑0478/2021),

A.  whereas Julia Laffranque meets the conditions laid down in the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

1.  Proposes that Julia Laffranque be appointed to the panel;

2.  Instructs its President to forward this decision to the President of the Court of Justice.
