Kažem DA Prijedlogu uredbe Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o izmjeni Uredbe (EU) 2024/2865 u pogledu datumâ primjene i prijelaznih odredaba za kemijske proizvode jer se njome racionalizira zakonodavni okvir i smanjuje administrativno opterećenje industrije, uz zadržavanje visoke razine zaštite zdravlja ljudi i okoliša. Ovim prijedlogom stvara se bolja ravnoteža između sigurnosti potrošača i konkurentnosti europske kemijske industrije.
