Uľahčovanie prístupu k spravodlivosti fyzickým a právnickým osobám a uľahčovanie justičnej spolupráce medzi členskými štátmi patrí k hlavným cieľom priestoru slobody, bezpečnosti a spravodlivosti EÚ. Na dosiahnutie plne funkčného priestoru slobody, bezpečnosti a spravodlivosti je dôležité, aby sa všetky členské štáty usilovali o zníženie existujúcich rozdielov v oblasti digitalizácie.
