Reports - as rapporteur

A rapporteur is appointed in the responsible parliamentary committee to draft a report on proposals of a legislative or budgetary nature, or other issues. In drafting their report, rapporteurs may consult with relevant experts and stakeholders. They are also responsible for the drafting of compromise amendments and negotiations with shadow rapporteurs. Reports adopted at committee level are then examined and voted on in plenary. Rule 55

Mit dem Entwurf des Berichtigungshaushaltsplans Nr. 1/2021 sollen 4 244 832 000 EUR zu jeweiligen Preisen (4 000 000 000 EUR zu Preisen von 2018) sowohl als Verpflichtungsermächtigungen als auch als Zahlungsermächtigungen in den jährlichen Haushaltsplan der Union für 2021 eingesetzt werden, um den Vorfinanzierungsbedarf zu decken, der sich aus der Durchführung der Reserve im Jahr 2021 ergibt.
Ich habe mich bei der Abstimmung enthalten, weil ich den Verteilungsmechanismus des DAB 1 nicht uneingeschränkt unterstütze.

Die Europäische Kommission verwendet die Erträge der EGKS in Liquidation zur Unterstützung von Forschungsprojekten in den Bereichen Stahl und Kohle. Die Fähigkeit des Portfolios, ausreichende Erträge zu erwirtschaften, um ein sinnvolles Forschungsprogramm zu finanzieren, ist jedoch in den letzten Jahren aufgrund des Rückgangs der Finanzmarktrenditen unter Druck geraten.
Ich habe sowohl gegen die Empfehlung als auch gegen den Bericht gestimmt, weil ich mit der Finanzierung der Forschung im Zusammenhang mit den Kohlesektoren nicht einverstanden bin, nachdem die Kommission die Kohleindustrie zu einer ökologischen Bedrohung erklärt hat.

Individual motions for resolutions

In accordance with Rule 143 of Parliament's Rules of Procedure, any individual Member may table a motion for resolution on a matter falling within the spheres of activity of the EU.
