Trotz der großen Bedenken, die wir gegen den Bericht hegen, müssen wir das immense Potenzial der im Plenum verabschiedeten Änderungsanträge anerkennen, da sie eine Konditionalität für die Entwicklungshilfe unter anderem in Bezug auf die illegale Einwanderung aus Drittländern nach Europa/Deutschland beinhalten. Aufgrund des immens positiven Potenzials dieser Änderungsanträge müssen wir den gesamten Bericht unterstützen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Europäische Parlament seine Haltung zur Konditionalität gegenüber Drittländern radikal ändert, so dass das Europa/Deutschland, das wir alle lieben, gerettet werden kann. Dieser Politikwechsel wird es ermöglichen, Druck auf Drittländer auszuüben, die heute nicht genug tun, um die illegale Einwanderung aus und/oder über ihr Territorium einzudämmen und auch die Rückübernahme ihrer Bürger, die sich illegal in Deutschland oder anderswo im EU-Gebiet aufhalten, zu verweigern, wenn diese nicht bereit sind, zurückzukehren. In dem Bericht wenden wir uns ausdrücklich gegen:
1. Das Streben nach Multilateralismus, der die Entscheidungsprozesse in unserem Leben noch weiter von uns Deutschen entfernt;
2. Die übermäßige Abhängigkeit von Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft im demokratischen Entscheidungsprozess muss aufhören, und die Entscheidungsgewalt muss in demokratisch gewählten Gremien und nicht bei Aktivistenverbänden liegen;
3. Die Aufforderung an Deutschland, seine Hilfe an die von der EU gewährte Hilfe anzugleichen.

Individual motions for resolutions

In accordance with Rule 143 of Parliament's Rules of Procedure, any individual Member may table a motion for resolution on a matter falling within the spheres of activity of the EU. These motions for resolution express the position of the individual Members who tabled them. Admissible motions are referred to the committee responsible, which shall decide whether to follow up the motion for resolution and, if so, which procedure is to be followed.
