Reporting requirements for infrastructures for spatial information (A9-0037/2024 - Ivan Vilibor Sinčić) HR 14-03-2024 Written explanations of vote Prema prijedlogu odluke Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o izmjeni Direktive 2007/2/EZ u pogledu određenih zahtjeva za izvješćivanje o infrastrukturi za prostorne informacije, umjesto trenutačnog godišnjeg izvještavanja, države članice će Komisiji podnositi izvješća svake dvije godine o posebnim zahtjevima za izvještavanje koji se odnose na infrastrukturu za prostorne informacije u području okoliša ili aktivnosti koje mogu utjecati na okoliš. Ovom se izmjenom Direktive ne smanjuje praćenje ili prikupljanje podataka od strane država članica. Države članice će od 31. ožujka 2025. svake dvije godine ažurirati sažeto izvješće, koje će biti javno dostupno najkasnije od 31. ožujka. Pojednostavljenje obveze izvještavanja u ovom prijedlogu odnosi se na ciljano smanjenje administrativnog opterećenja EU-a za 25 %. Kako je navedeno u prijedlogu izmjene ove Direktive, te se promjene odnose na informacije kao što su komunalne mreže, lokacija proizvodnih i industrijskih postrojenja itd. te stoga nemam prigovora na predloženu izmjenu Direktive. Iz navedenih razloga sam podržala ovo izvješće o prijedlogu izmjene Direktive.

Reporting requirements for infrastructures for spatial information (A9-0037/2024 - Ivan Vilibor Sinčić) PT 14-03-2024 Written explanations of vote A proposta de alteração da Diretiva 2007/2/EC, que estabelece uma Infraestrutura para a Informação Espacial na Comunidade Europeia (INSPIRE), para racionalizar as obrigações de relatório através da redução da frequência dos requisitos de relatório de anual para bianual, representa um passo positivo na direção de reduzir o ónus administrativo sobre as autoridades nacionais, regionais e locais, sem comprometer a qualidade ou a disponibilidade das informações espaciais cruciais fornecidas pela infraestrutura INSPIRE. A Diretiva INSPIRE é um instrumento crucial para promover a partilha de informações espaciais entre as entidades públicas e melhorar a tomada de decisão em políticas públicas em áreas como o meio ambiente, planeamento territorial e infraestruturas. A padronização e a acessibilidade dos dados geoespaciais contribuem significativamente para o desenvolvimento sustentável, gestão de recursos naturais, resposta a desastres naturais, e muitas outras aplicações cruciais para o bem-estar dos cidadãos europeus e a proteção do ambiente. A racionalização proposta das obrigações de relatório contribuirá para o fortalecimento da infraestrutura INSPIRE, otimizando o uso de informações espaciais em toda a UE, ao mesmo tempo em que respeita o princípio da eficiência e eficácia administrativa.
