I voted against this proposal relating to the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation, the Cosmetics Regulation and the Regulation on Fertilising Products as part of the chemicals package of the omnibus deregulation proposals. While this proposal relates to the dates of application, I am opposed to the deregulation of chemicals so opposed the amending regulation in its entirety.
