Brexit: Parliament debates latest developments
MEPs will discuss the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, in a debate with President Juncker and State Secretary for European Affairs Ciot for the Council, on Wednesday at 14.00.
The UK is set to leave the EU on 12 April 2019.
The European Council scheduled an extraordinary meeting of heads of state and government on 10 April to consider the way forward, once this has been indicated by the UK.
The withdrawal agreement will have to be approved by the European Parliament, including setting the framework for the EU-UK future relationship.
