A deal was reached on 24 December 2020 between the EU and the United Kingdom on a Trade and Cooperation Agreement, which is provisionally applied on an exceptional basis since 1 January 2021. MEPs are reviewing each aspect of the text in their respective committees, so that the full House can make a decision on whether to consent to the Agreement.
