Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee will hold on Thursday a public hearing on consumer protection in light of digitalisation of retail financial services.

Where: European Parliament, Spaak building, room 1A002, Brussels and with remote participation
The hearing will tackle benefits and challenges of digitalisation of retail financial services especially taking into account how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected consumer protection in this area. The hearing will focus on the upcoming revision of the Consumer Credit Directive (CCD) and the Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial Services (DMFSD).
