More financial aid to Moldova
From around 19.30, MEPs and Commissioner Kos will review the recent deal to provide Moldova with a new €1.9 billion facility to accelerate socio-economic reforms in the country, strengthen its resilience in the face of Russia, and support progress towards EU integration. Plenary will hold its final vote on the agreement on Tuesday.

Proposals to reduce EU bureaucracy
In a debate with Commissioner Albuquerque starting around 18.15, MEPs will react to the first proposals to simplify legislation for EU businesses and citizens, aimed at enhancing Europe’s competitiveness and creating jobs.

Effect of climate change on the EU’s most vulnerable regions. After the plenary opening, MEPs will discuss with Commissioner Kubilius ways to protect the most vulnerable European regions from the consequences of global warming, in particular events like the recent cyclone in La Réunion.
The European Social Fund Plus beyond 2027. From around 20.30, plenary will debate with Commissioner Kos the need to strengthen the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) after 2027. MEPs will vote on a draft resolution on Tuesday.
