Starting at 9.00, plenary will discuss with Commissioner Breton the proposal for an EU “Data Act” to boost innovation by removing barriers obstructing access to industrial data. MEPs will adopt their negotiating mandate for talks with member states in a vote at noon. A press conference with rapporteur Pilar del Castillo (EPP, ES) and Commissioner Breton will take place at 17.00.
