The petitioner writes about the alleged kidnapping of her brother in Havana, Cuba. She explains that he was “visiting” his pregnant girlfriend and asked for residence permit. The petition also reveals that the petitioner’s brother was charged with insurance fraud directed at motor vehicles in Slovakia, therefore an international arrest warrant was issued against him. The petitioner accuses the Slovak consular authorities in Havana and the Slovak police, the Attorney General and courts of corruption, as they do not fulfil their appropriate functions and are manipulated by Robert Fico.
