The petitioner considers that her freedom of expression and opinion have been restricted after she posted a video in Instagram criticizing the management of the COVID-19 crisis by the Spanish government. After posting the video, the petitioner denounces that the company required some personal data and right afterwards her Instagram account was blocked. The petitioner claims that she has been using her Instagram account to help women suffering from breast cancer by telling her own experience. The petitioner wants Instagram to give back her account. She has denounced these facts to the Spanish police and she has also tried to contact Facebook but with no result.
