The petitioner calls on the Parliament to stop the clearing of the Taunus ridge and to ensure that the European regulations for the planning and conservation of drinking water and groundwater resources, as well as forest conservation, are observed and complied with. The petitioner claims that the planning and approval of the construction did not take into account that the drinking water could be contaminated during the construction of the wind farm and calls for an immediate stop of the works until this can be ascertained.
