Парламентарни въпроси

Парламентарните въпроси са питания, отправени от членовете на ЕП до други институции и органи на Европейския съюз. Те представляват пряк механизъм за парламентарен контрол по отношение на други институции и органи на ЕС.
Различават се три категории парламентарни въпроси:

  • Въпроси с искане за устен отговор, разглеждани по време на заседанията на Парламента и включени в „Дневния ред на разискванията”, които могат да бъдат или да не бъдат последвани от резолюция ( член 142)
  • Въпроси в рамките на отделеното „Време за въпроси“, задавани във времето, запазено за тази цел на пленарните заседания ( член 143)
  • Въпроси с искане за писмен отговор, формулирани с искане за отговор в писмена форма ( член 144)
