Questions for oral answer with debate

Questions may be tabled by a committee, a political group or at least 5% of Parliament’s component Members (36) to the Council, the Commission or the Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. The Conference of Presidents decides whether, and in what order, questions are placed on the final draft agenda for a sitting.

Rule 132(2) to (5) concerning the tabling of, and voting on, motions for resolutions shall apply mutatis mutandis.
