Claude Moraes (S&D), in writing. − Because the Commission has committed to include the EP’s proposals relating to strengthening parliamentary oversight, raising the budget of the new facility through transfers from the EFSM, ensuring the new instrument is in line with the revised Stability and Growth Pact and proposals surrounding bank recapitalisation for non-euro area Member States, I supported the final report.
