Legal aid in cross-border civil and commercial disputes (A7-0161/2013 - Tadeusz Zwiefka)

Claude Moraes (S&D), in writing. − Access to justice is vital for my constituents of London, who are currently suffering from the government cuts in domestic legal aid, precluding them from help with cases relating to employment, child custody, education, etc. So I was happy to support a report which proposed making it easier for all EU citizens to access justice through legal aid across borders.
