Alexander Mirsky (S&D), in writing. − The Commission and the right wing in principle accept that we need less austerity and more investment in order to stabilise the Eurozone. This report however reminds them that much more needs to be done because the slow recovery is very fragile, and the investment programmes of the EU, such as the Growth and Jobs Pact or the new Convergence and Competitiveness Instrument only exist on paper. I voted in favour.
