2a. The names of Members who are unable to be present because they are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, and who have notified the Quaestors of this in advance, shall be recorded separately in the minutes of each sitting, for a period of up to 14 weeks. |

It must be shown visibly in the attendance statistics when Members are unable to be present at plenary sittings because they are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave.
