Motion for a resolution B6-0086/2005

(Simple majority)

(Voting record: Annex 1, Item 5)

MOTION FOR A RESOLUTION

Adopted (P6_TA(2005)0051)

The following spoke on the vote:

- José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra, on behalf of the PPE-DE Group, who moved an oral amendment to amendment 7; Richard Howitt, on behalf of the PSE Group, who supported that oral amendment; Hélène Flautre, who asked for a clarification; and José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra, who provided the clarification.

There were no objections to the oral amendment which was thus incorporated.

- Richard Howitt thought that the adoption of amendment 15 did not mean that amendments 4, 19 and 23 should fall, and that they should instead be taken as additions (the President agreed).
