The following had spoken:

Glenis Willmott, who moved an oral amendment to Amendment 101, which was not accepted, as more than 40 Members objected.

Renate Sommer (rapporteur):

- to correct the German version of Amendment 48;

- to move an oral amendment to Amendment 130, which was not accepted as more than 40 Members objected;

- to state that the partial adoption of Amendment 101 did not mean that Amendment 328 fell and to ask that Amendment 328 should therefore be put to the vote (the President agreed to this request);

- to ask that Amendment 339 should be put to the vote (the President agreed to this request);

- to support the request by Carl Schlyter that Amendment 144 should be put to the vote even if Amendment 295 were adopted;

- to ask that the vote on Amendment 346 should be electronically checked.

Carl Schlyter on the vote on Amendments 295, 144, 314 et 297.

Joseph Daul to ask that part of the vote should be held over to a later sitting as it was getting late (Parliament approved the request).
