FINANCIAL IDENTIFICATION FORM (excel book)

All proposals must be accompanied by a Financial Identification form, completed, signed and stamped by the applicants banking organisation. You will find, in the excel book below, the form in all EU language versions

Ein Finanz-Kennblatt, das vom Geldinstitut des Bewerbers ausgefüllt, unterschrieben und mit einem Stempel versehen wurde, muss allen Vorschlägen beigelegt werden. Sie finden dieses Formular in allen EU Sprachen in der angehängten Excel Datei.
