Arrangements for mitigating the impact of IFRS 9
The legislative proposal regarding transitional arrangements for mitigating the impact of international financial reporting standard (IFRS) 9 on financial institutions' regulatory capital is scheduled to be voted in the November II plenary session. These arrangements should enter into force before the start of the mandatory application of IFRS 9, on 1 January 2018. Therefore, the European Parliament and the Council had agreed to adopt them using a rapid procedure.

Evropský systém dohledu nad finančním trhem (dále jen „ESFS“) je vícevrstevný systém mikroobezřetnostních a makroobezřetnostních orgánů, který zahrnuje Evropskou radu pro systémová rizika, tři evropské orgány dohledu a orgány dohledu jednotlivých členských států. Jeho úkolem je zajistit konzistentní a koherentní finanční dohled v EU. Tento systém dohledu prochází významnými změnami, k nimž dochází v důsledku zavádění bankovní unie a vystoupení Spojeného království z EU.
