Outcome of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 from an EU perspective

On 10 and 11 July 2025, the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025) was held in Rome, gathering international leaders, business representatives, and civil society to reaffirm support for Ukraine's recovery in the light of Russia's ongoing aggression. This fourth edition of the URC continued the series of high-level events dedicated to mobilising international support and investment for Ukraine's reconstruction, reform and modernisation.
