Full title: Well-being in the pandemic: Living with the coronavirus crisis

At this latest EPRS online policy roundtable, the principal author of the OECD study will be joined by a distinguished panel, to discuss the scale and significance of what is going on - and what the report's findings might suggest for future policy in Europe and beyond.

The OECD has recently produced a report on Well-being and Covid-19: Life in the pandemic, which explores the implications of the coronavirus crisis for people's lives and livelihoods in the industrialised world, looking at the effects so far on jobs, incomes, health, social connectedness and the work-life balance. The report suggests that the pandemic may have far-reaching consequences for how we live, work and connect with one another in the future. It also shows how experiences to date have varied widely, depending on employment, gender, age, race, ethnicity, education and income. At this latest EPRS online policy roundtable, the principal author of the OECD study will be joined by a distinguished panel, to discuss the scale and significance of what is going on - and what the report's findings might suggest for future policy in Europe and beyond.
