Great Britain has recently made known that it does not intend to apply the International Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA).

The commissioner-designate, Ylva Johansson, appeared before the European Parliament on 01 October 2019 to answer MEPs’ questions. During the hearing, she made a number of commitments which are highlighted in this document.
