Au cours de la seconde plénière de février, le Parlement européen votera sur son rapport annuel 2023 sur la mise en oeuvre de la politique de sécurité et de défense commune (PSDC). Le rapport de cette année reflète l’évolution sans précédent de la défense de l’Union depuis 2022.
